Ok I have two questions I need help with

1.I created this movie for work with chapters and the chapters have names. I then took the sequence and exported from FCP to a mov. file which then I used IDVD to create my menu with chapter which work perfect. Then they asked for a Ipad verison which I used handbreak but my chapter name are not named and display as marker 1 and so on. I there away to change the marker name on the ipad verison.

2. When I created the IDVD verison and then you go into the scenes and there are the small video of the scenes play on the menu they look fuzzy it there away to fix this and what is causing it
