hi

lately since every time i put my imac to sleep then return later
the bluetooth mouse connection has gone - if i leave it for a while
and move the mouse around it usually returns but its really annoying.

anybody got any idea how to solve this without leaving the mac running constantly?

Don't know. I sometimes have the same issues, maybe once a week or so.

Make sure you have the latest Bluetooth firmware, both for your Mac and the devices (search on Apple's support site for the latest versions...I think 1.2 for the Mac and 1.1 for the keyboard and mouse.)
Make sure the batteries are fully charged.
