I'm looking to put about 60GB of AVI files onto some DVDs to send to a family member, but am not sure how to do this on Mac. I have a Macbook Pro 2.66GHz that I bought in the summer.

Also, I'm looking to put the files on as data so they can be taken off the DVDs and put onto a hard drive, not as watchable files. Any help would be very appreciated. :)

Insert a blank dvd into your drive, a window for the dvd will pop up asking what you want to do with it, click open with finder, drag the avi files into the window click burn.
