need help port forward between ps3 and extreme

Hi guys, I would like to know if anyone can help me with static IP address and port forwarding between my PS3 and airport extreme. I am experiencing a lot of lag during game play and would like to resolve this problem by doing the following. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
