What that means ? 11mb free means im running out of RAM ?

You really need to explain more what you're doing & what applications you're running. It's pretty impossible to tell you what's going on with the information given.

You shouldn't be installing widgets like iStat if you don't know what RAM means. But its great that you're educating yourself!
