Hello everyone!

Is it possible to transfer my Google Voice account to my new Google Account? I created a new email because I was getting tons of spam. Any ideas?

Everyone who uses GMail gets SPAM, that's what the Google SPAM filters are for. It won't be long before your new GMail account begins to fill up with SPAM.....

As far as Google Voice is concerned, use the edit feature to change your email address, phone number, forwarding number, or whatever.
