so i need to have DefaultTTL = 129 in MacOS .

so please anyone know how to configure it in MacOS to have internet working?

below how i resolve in Windows and Linux but in MacOS ?

in Windows in registry key i change it with

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters]
"DefaultTTL"=dword:00000081

and restarted it .

in linux i used : echo '129' > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_default_ttl
