GarageBand Help Please

Hi, just got the new 13" Macbook Pro (silver) and was wondering if someone could help simplify GarageBand for me or give me a link to a website that can, because I lost the instructions! :Blushing:

Mac programs come with instructions?

(hint: you didn't lose the instructions. They're all there under the "help" menu. Check it out.)

CORRECTION- Sorry, no GarageBand stuff in the instruction booklet my mistake, you can clearly see i'm a complete and utter newbie to Mac!!!
