AdobeResourceSynchronizer eating all CPU

Mac Specs: Mid 2009 13" MacBookPro 2.26 GHz, 5 Gb, 500 GB, OS X 10.6.5
Today I saw the AdobeResourceSynchronizer process taking 89-90% CPU. Does anyone have nay idea?

I have Adobe CS5 and Adobe Acrobat Pro X.

Thanks vansmith .... but I saw that. I had it running even when I remove tracking. Anyway, I killed the process. Lets see if it comes back
