My skype wont open. everything on my computer (imac 24" 4 G ram, 10.6) is working fine, and so was skype the day before. it times out saying that there is a network problem, though i dont know what that could be seeing that my other computer starts it up no problem. I have looked into help, and says to go to library/application support/ skype. and delete a file. though i do not have skype in that folder. any help would be great.

It's Skype.

People on facebook are complaining about it not working.

Could that file possibly have been named something like confiig.lck or config.xml? If so they are probably there. Go to your user folder not the main System folder and open the Library folder. If you have an Application Support folder that's where it will be. The Skype folder will be in there.

Yeah. Skype has been acting funky all day. I think their having trouble with their servers. Just wait it out, I don't think it's your computer.
