Can someone tell me if this is possible?

Im looking to download a weekly video on a website with a firefox add-on called video downloadhelper. I can already download it, but i would like to somehow make this process automatic. so that every week, when the video comes out, it automatically gets downloaded to my mac.

is this possible? if so can someone please tell me how?

1. See if the video is available as a podcast on iTunes.

2. If it is, subscribe.

3. If it isn't, contact the people who make the video and ask them wth is wrong with them.

Would be helpful to know what site, and what video. Depending on how they provide the video, you could use Automator to do it.
