I need something that will play all forms of video on mac. It needs to work on tiger. There are certain types of avi files that i can't play on my mac. need help. thanks.

VLC - http://www.videolan.org - should play most files. It won't handle all windows media files though, so you'll probably have to download Windows Media Player for Mac if you want to play them.
