Your Mac's Specs
MBP 15" I7 first one and loving it.
I have a CD disk for photo shop elements that I bought for windows. Would it have the install files for mac OS? I would like to install elements to use on the macbook pro.

It generally only has the One OS file. I've heard rumors on the internet that you can "sidegrade" your Adobe stuff if you get a Mac. Best bet is to call Adobe and see if you can trade out your Windows license.

Or you could use Bootcamp or a Virtual Machine.

Edit: Unless you have the new 9 - it seems to have both but I don't have that version. At least according to this - but not on the Adobe site.

Elements 9 does come with both Windows and OS X cds in the box. I can say from personal experience. :D
