Apple broke the Powerbook! help me fix!

I sent it in to get the latch fixed. and they did, but:

when i close the lid, it wont go into sleep mode. i have to select it to go to sleep then i close it.

how do i fix?


and the computer seems slower, and a bit buggy for some reason.

I would call Apple back and say that you sent your powerbook in to get the latch serviced and now it wont go to sleep when the lid is shut. Make them sweat it out.

If Apple's repair people broke it, then I would call Apple soon and insist that they fix it.

If you are planning to buy a mac, Apple Care is a must have.

Sure, i was on the phone for 28 minutes, but the guys were really nice and knew what they were talking about. and actually listened to me.

the box is coming in monday. i ship to them, they fix, and i get it back.
