Hi all,

I am struggling and wondered if you can help.

I have uploaded all my historic photos on to MAC and was doing the same with my DVDs but i have come across a problem. The DVDs were produced on windows and were encrypted i believe. I have downloaded handbrake and VMC as was instructed to do so by the system but i still don't know how to get these DVDs saved in to my itunes. they play ok but i cant save them?

1. A Mac is short for "Macintosh." It's not an acronym, thus it should not be capitalised.

To put it another way:
mac: a waterproof raincoat made of rubberized fabric
MAC: a data communication protocol sub-layer, also known as the Media Access Control
Mac: a brand name which covers several lines of personal computers designed, developed, and marketed by Apple Inc.

Ditto for iPod. :)

2. Can you give us a little more info on the nature of these "windows-produced, encrypted" DVDs?
