Does anyone know if the LaCie DVD burner advertised on apples store site is fully compatable with iDVD, i was not aware of software to hardware issues until today when I read it on another post. I would like to purchase the drive with my new powerbook and just not get the superdrive to save me a nice $135. The most appealing feature of this drive to me is the lightscribe labeling ability, would work wonders on making professional looking CD's for my bands promo demos. has anyone had any experience with Lightscribe here?

oh, and the drive comes with Toast 6, a program I have never used, how is that

Yeah It Works

I Purchased It Yesterday Just Plugged It In And Idvd Recognised It Straight Away. Although I Must Admit That Some People I've Read About Have Experienced Problems Running The D2 On Older Operating Systems But They Just Installed A Patch Of Lacies Website.

Your The First Person I've Helped On This Forum. Hope I've Been Of Some Help!!!
