Hey there, I have a MacBook Pro and was just wondering if it is at all possible that even though I have my cookie preferences set to "Only from sites I visit" (and always have) that there could be some third party cookies getting through or sites I haven't visited?

No, your actually have to visit a site for its cookie to be copied to your browser's cookie cache. With Safari as your browser you can use the "reset" function every so often if you wanted to be sure. There's an option you can check off that will remove all cookies. Or, you could choose "Private Browsing".
