How to save photos from Web pages

On a Windows PC, I could capture photos from Web pages by right-clicking the image and then clicking "Save picture as..." from the context menu. What is the Mac equivalent?

Back to my old 2.2GHz C2D MB after selling my MBP and wondering what my next Mac will be :)
Or just drag them to the desktop, or the location in which you choose to save them.

Yeah, I just drag them to the desktop. Its one quick swift motion
