Greetings Mac folk.........
Iv'e just inherited a powermac G4 (MDD) running OS X 10.4.11, I have a few questions.
would i be able to install OS X V5 (leopard I believe) on this machine....
Would I be able to upgrade the graphics card...if so ...which one?

here are some details of the current spec.....
1.25 processor speed
1 MB L3 cache
512 mb ddr sdram......another 1g on the way & soon to be installed.

Yes and Yes. I have no idea which one, try Google. It'll run MUCH better once you add that RAM.

Upgrade memory to 2GB for best performance of Leopard. There are four slots in the MDD, so 4 x 512MB is the best option. Make sure you get Mac compatible memory and do not use PC memory. Macs use low density modules. This is the memory you need:-

The fastest card you can install is the ATI Radeon 9800 Mac Pro.
