Better Email Extractor?

Hello,

I am looking for an email extractor that I can use with Mac. However, all I can find is Email Extractor 3.5.2 which might be one of the worst programs I have ever seen. Does anyone know of other email extraction programs that are mac compatible and that don't suck? Thanks a Ton!
