Hi,

i live in england, and would really like a G5, as im starting a course that involves graphic design. ;)

however the cost does seem to be far above what i can afford - £999...
but i am a student, so does anyone know how much student discount i can get?

Just go the www.apple.com and click on education. It will ask for your school, and assuming your school is on their list, they'll show you a modified version of the site with all applicable discounts. If you school isn't on the page, I think you can call Apple.
