Basic Troubleshooting Sticky?

I thought we used to have something along those lines . . . Such as Start Here in diagnosing basic problems, but my memory is suspect, so I may be wrong.

Anyway, I did a search then looked for it as I was going to refer someone who was having problems to it.
Did I miss it? Or am I wrong and such a post doesn't exist.

If not, might not be a bad addition for those of us who are more technically challenged.

That was it, I was certain I had seen it before, but I couldn't find it when I went looking. Didn't think to look in the OSX section.

Yeah, Schweb has removed a number of old stickies a few months ago. This is one that I resurrected as it's still relevant and very useful.
