I am in music and debating between quad 2.66 and eight core 2.26 - mac pro.
I intend to use this software - Logic Pro 9 - Eastwest Quantum Choir - eastwest Titan and probably other softsynths as I am switching from hardware to soft only - it has been going for the longest time of what to buy - I would preffer not to spend $1000 more for the eight core, but I am worried that it might not be enough on quad core.
If any of u r using some or all of these software your feedback would be great to
