Hello, I'm using my friend's computer to write this as my macbook pro is "frozen." I opened the "downloads" folder (the transparent window that opens over everything else).. I tried exiting this window and it will not get off the screen. My macbook also won't shut down or restart when I try to do that.

I have a 15" macbook pro with mac OS X

Help!

What does the "transparent window" say?...something like "You need to restart." in about 4-5 different languages?

Does your mouse arrow move? If so, it's not totally "frozen".
