Mouse is nuts

I've got the bluetooth mouse recognized and paired, but it's stuck.

What the ****?

The mouse pointer is stuck on the upper right, and I can't do a thing about it. It won't move.

Not a battery problem--I use Energizer for recharging and know these batteries are properly charged.

Hmm.

Try changing the surface the mouse is working on. Anything reflective will muck up the mouse.
