AirPort Extreme base

Hey guys im planning on getting the airport Extreme Base since my router is acting up and will soon have enough money to afford it. But before i buy it i wanted to ask you guys if they are gonna make a new refreshed version of it or not anytime soon? Idk if they did because last time i remember my brother bought his last year in late 09. So just asking to see if theres any news of any new one coming out. Just wondering thanks for the help

I haven't heard anything...and for the most part Apple doesn't tell anyone. Also...for a product like a router...this isn't something Apple usually updates very often.
