if there are any programs out there to design floorplans. I have seen them for the PC for about £10-20 and dont seem to be able to find any for the mac.. I dont want to spend a load of money on it..?

Hmmm.. you can do office layouts in OmniGraffle...
Download the trial from omnigroup.com and see if that works for your needs...

Thanks apt.. I probably didn't explain as clearly as I could have in my original post. I want to rework the layout of my house as it needs a lot of modernising. I have seen applications that you can buy that allow you to draw your 2d floor plan out and then convert them into a 3d model.. I know that there will be expensive CAD type applications out ther but they are way to expensive and complex for what I need..
