iwork, pages, etc...

How do I drag a picture from one page document to another. Also, when I copy and paste text from one page document to another (espicially a template) it doesn't format into it correctly. Like, I'm using a newletter template and it has a text box, and when I paste the text into that box, the text doesn't automatically fit into the box and I can't get it to all fit.

Also, does anyone know of a good pages faq or how to website?

Regarding the 2nd problem: I suppose it depends on which page layout you've selected from the drop down box at the top.
