connecting wireless with fusion

I have fusion and need to connect wireless. Windows does not see a wireless adapter in network connections. Do I need to download a windows driver of some sort? Wireless works fine in OS X.

Fusion contains all the necessary drivers for use in the VM. Make sure you have installed the "Guest Tools". Please see the following VMWare support document.
