This is my first Mac (MBP - 13", 2.4GHz, 250GB). I recently downloaded a software (Disk Inventory) to check why my HDD has bloated substantially after switching to Mac
I found from this utility that all my files have been duplicated in my folders and in iTunes (or iPhoto or preview in that case)
Is it that both the files have just one location or is it that Mac Duplicates all your photos and music for it's application.
I intend to reduce atleast 40 - 60GB of disk space. The total duplicates is in excess of over 80GB
Thanks
PS: I continue to repeat what all you Mac guys say 'Once a Mac, always a Mac'. I doubt that I'll ever go back to my ThinkPad or my HP!
