Can anyone tell me some way how to convert mov. files to mp4. or give me some type of app that can help????

Why do people think multiple question marks makes a question more important/urgent?

PS. Actually QuickTime X and many, many other tools (CONSTANTLY mentioned here) can do the conversion. Heck, iTunes itself can do it!
