Icon folder problems

Hello everybody
I'm not sure if should be posting here but I'll ask anyways
here's the thing when I try to change mi icon folder (by going on get info and cop paste the icon folder image) sometimes the preview dosn't work and therefore the icon folder does not change here's the image that apears insted:




can anybody help me?

If for some reason the pictures that you want to copy/paste don't have an icon, you can use Img2Icns to create one.
Img2icns | making icons can't be easier!

Or, open the image that you want to use in Preview and use the select tool to select the whole area. Copy it and paste it onto the folder that you want to change.
