Hello,

I recently purchased a new mac pro and put the disk image from my laptop onto it. It works beautifully except it can't recognize flash drives. I have searched this topic many times. It is not under any volume, or the disk utility. It can be recognized by my laptop which leads me to believe it is a hardware issue. It is formatted in MS-DOS FAT16 which from other discussions is appropriate.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I am curious as well but if the filename is too long on 16 I have seen problems and if the
capacity is over 2g's seen problems. i have used FAT32 on all my Sandisk but none of them are under 4g. I know both Mac and Windows can read and write to FAT32.
