I have a 2007 MacBook, currently running Leopard (10.5.8). Current specs are a 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 2 GB of RAM. I also have a second LCD monitor, connected via VGA (Mini-DVI adaptor). My laptop’s own monitor shows the desktop.
I am trying to run the Carbonized version of Starcraft (the first one). It runs just fine and as it should. I run the game on the second monitor. The only problem I have is that when it runs in full-screen, it blackens or “dims” my main display (if that is the correct Apple vernacular for this).
I realize this is enforced by game, but I wonder if there is something I can do to prevent this? Maybe something in System Preferences I cannot find or even a third-party application?
