Entourage to Microsoft Exchange

Can somebody help me with setting up my entourage or mail application to communicate with Microsoft Exchange Server? I don't wanna rely on OWA application in accessing my mails from work. I have the servers available already but I am getting an error. Forbidden. :Confused:
