help on Parrallels 5

Your Mac's Specs
Mac OS X v. 10.6.5
I have an iMac on which I have loaded Windows 7, and now have just loaded Parallels 5. I am at a window in Parallels which has asks me to make one of 3 choices:
1: New Windows Installation
2: Import Virtual Machine
3: Use your virtual machine

It's unclear to me which I choose since I already have Windows 7 installed on the iMac in Bootcamp.

Which one is right?

I don't use Parallels, so I can't confirm if these are the right steps, but give this a try.
