Program Half Off Screen

I started up After Effects and the top bar that contains the minimize/restore is above the cut-off of the screen. The top left of the program is up and to the left of my view. I can drag the resize bar in the bottom right just fine, but I can't move the program to get to some essential controls.

This is the only program being affected.. any ideas?

Change the resolution of the screen -- to anything other than native -- then put it back to native. That should "snap it back."

Or, open your spaces pane and drag it to the appropriate location.
