How about a thread where people post pictures of their modified macs? I'll start:

Here's a picture of my Powermac G5. They look great out of the box, but I couldn't resist tweaking it a little bit. I added a casewrap, badges, and a small LED inside.

For you purists out there, fear not- none of the modifications you see are permanent.

What do you all think?

That G5 looks awesome. I am thinking of modifying my iBook. Maybe printing a cool graphic design from Photoshop. I would probably put it in balck or blue right under screen where it says "iBook G4".

Very nice Macaddikt! I thought about using Cold cathode tubes, but figured I'd try a simpler LED for my first attempt at modding.

Where did you hide the inverters? I can't see them in the picture.

For some odd reason, I see Apple offering glossy black macs as an option in the future!!!!....But this is just me.

Ew... Now I would like that. Although it totally screws with their brand image.... It would match my U2 ipod!

My brother's old roommate had a modified iBook. He had taken the back off and made a special painted one. He said it looked cool.
