MS Paint equivalent on Mac?

I use MS Paint a lot on my PCs for small things, and was wondering if there's a comparably simple program available for Mac, either which I haven't discovered on my MacBook Pro, or available for download as an app...

For very basic Paint type program, how about this:

Paintbrush | Downloads

If you need something more full-featured, and don't want to spring for Photoshop, Google for Photoshop Elements, Pixelmator, or Gimp.
