Disk Utility - always permissions to repair

Hi as I try to find out why my mac seems to perform less then expected I have come accross this issue.
It was suggested that I repair permissions in disk utility. So I did that and there were lots of things that needed repair.

Then a few weeks later I installed a program so I did it again.
Then a few days later, I didn't install a program and yet there were lots of errors to be fixed. In fact the same ones from programs I don't use.


Is this normal or an indication of something wrong? See attached for log.

What OS are you running? Also, it is normal for some permissions to always be listened. I forgot which ones they are, but with a little digging on apple's site, you can find them.
