G4 can see Win Svr; Win Svr cannot see G4

Your Mac's Specs
PowerMac G4 867MHz 1.25GB 60GB+80GB DVDRW Zip250 Leopard
G4 (10.5.8) can mount MS UAM Volume from Win Svr 2003 R2 SP2 but server cannot see G4.

Also, G4 cannot see or be seen by Win7 or WinXP PCs on ethernet 10/100 network.

G4 File Sharing is on.

What do I need to do?
