Hi, Iv just bought my first mac (A 15" Macbook Pro OS X 10.6) and I reinstalled my copy of Sibelius 5 on CD Rom from my old windows machine to the mac and i'v managed to get Sibelius itself working fine, but whenever i try to install Sibelius Sound Essentials, the Install bar shuts down immediately after i click the install button and so thus: No Sound Essentials. I have tried to reinstall Sibelius and Sound Essentials, downloaded the most recent upgrades (Sibelius 5.25 and 5.4) tried to manually copy the two Sound Essential .nkx files to the HD and have scanned for the copied files in Sibelius. But nothing is working. What am i not doing? or doing wrong? Please Help!

That's because Sibelius 5 doesn't play nice with Snow Leopard. I have a friend who had to get the new version when she got her new MacBook.
