Mouse problems in WoW

Hello, i recently got my new Imac i5 27 inch dual core and i just installed wow.
But there seems to be a problem with the mouse responding time.
it reacts so slow. and the more graphic challenging the area is the slower the reaction time it is.

Please help my out, its hard to enjoy the game when the mouse is so retarted

Im a big WoW player and I had to get a regular Logitech MX518 works awesome, when i play I just move my wireless mouse to the side and vice versa when done.. works great

Plus the new wireless mouse is a Battery Hog, so I like to have backups incase i dont have batteries around
