iPhone 4 keynote plagued by high-tech Wi-Fi meltdown
AppleInsider | iPhone 4 keynote plagued by high-tech Wi-Fi meltdown
An abundance of Wi-Fi hotspots inside the Moscone Center on Monday caused technical difficulties for Apple Chief Executive Steve Jobs, which resulted in some frustration for the showman, renowned for his usually polished presentations.

Hmmm Wi-Fi pollution? Well "Jobs revealed that there were 570 Wi-Fi base stations within the auditorium" will do that to you Haha :).

I read that. :) Did you also read the part that when it happened, someone in the back of the audience shouted out "Verizon"! It seems Steve didn't think that was very amusing. :Smirk:

You can watch it happen on the keynote video. It's now up on Apple's website. That's an incredible amount of Wi-Fi base stations in one area. I'm surprised they allowed that many in the first place.
