I'm considering taking a career plunge into Mac Support, I've not completed any Apple Courses to date but do have experience in repairing & basic troubleshooting desktop and laptop Mac systems, I've also had 5+years industry experience in graphic design that potentially could support seeking work after the initial Apple Training.
