You've got to wonder if these big companies are SO oblivious to the kind of PR nightmare they are unleashing on themselves for not thinking a lot of these things through..

Now the person who was actually threatened, if they just ignored his email, he probably expected that to happen and would move on. If they responded back in some non-committal (thank you for your concern, we are doing.....) email that would been greeted with an eye roll and everyone would move on...

Just amazing I tell ya..

Which ever assistant was handling his emails was out of line for send that type of response. Do you really think a CEO goes through his own messages? But, then again, why would you contact the CEO of such a large company for a trivial thing?
