I see they mention US Cellular behind apple, I gotta say that is true. I had/have US Cellular before my iPhone and they were top notch.

I'm not surprised about apple's standings, but I am about at&t being the worst. I must just be one extremely lucky dude with them...

I'm not surprised at all about AT&T. Let's not forget this isn't your Dad's AT&T but a conglomeration of several "Baby Bells" that rose up after the demise of the original AT&T. It now mostly consists of SouthWest Bell whose reputation for service was not all that stellar to begin with.

But it looks like Apple is tied to them until at least 2012.
