Can CS4 run on Mac G5 1.8 dual?

Hello all, can CS4 run on Mac G5 1.8 dual? I'm especially interested in InDesign, illustrator, Photoshop...

If so, how about work comfort? I've heard CS4 is terribly slow...

I'm just puzzled what machine I should buy to be able to work comfortably with CS4. My budget is tight, hence thoughts about G5 1.8..
