aspect ratio issues in FCP

I'm working on a project with still images of varying aspect ratio: 35mm, 6x6 & 4x5. I exported, Quicktime, in a 35mm format, 1080x720, and the 6x6 & 4x5 are not rendering properly: they are "squished" in the vertical. How do I correct for this?
