how to transfer iphone to an used iTunes

Ive being googling thiss and cant find my answer,maybe here
My girl lost her comp and she needs to back up her iPhone to one of my comps,She needs to use my iMac but I already had my library there,I deleted all my music and info and left it empty..I backed up her iPhone using phone view..but it doesnt have a choice to back up apps...How can I do all this,any help please?

You don't need to back up apps. Apps are registered to the iTunes account she got them in and can be re-downloaded from that same account, unlike music and video.
